Chris and his wife, Lisa, were both called to attend Charis Bible College. During their second year of college in 2013, God called them to move to Scotland with a clear assignment. That call started a multi-year adventure; in 2016 they moved to Scotland where they established the Charis Bible College campus in Dumfries.
Their experience going through Charis, and everything they learned there improved their lives so much that they were thrilled to share the same life-giving truths with the people of Scotland and the world. God showed Chris and Lisa how to locate a facility, attract and develop a powerful leadership team, recruit students, and believe for the funds necessary to accomplish all that He put in our hearts to do there.
Then in February 2021, during a meeting with key leaders at the campus, God spoke a clear word to the Crees. He said, “Pass the baton. It’s time to go home. The next directors are in front of you.” That word from God began the process of transition back to the States. They were blessed with several months to accomplish an incredibly smooth transition to the new national leaders for the campus.
That summer, Chris and Lisa moved back across the ocean to Colorado for a season before God called them to Ohio, where they now reside. Today their work is focused on establishing and growing a new extension of NewCREEations Ministries called Kingdom Mindsets, a discipleship platform to fulfill the Great Commission by connecting anointed ministries with the Body of Christ.
